I bought Kahu. Why does this website reference LoJack?

Kahu acquired LoJack in 2021 and will move forward with LoJack as the name of the app. You can still enjoy Kahu’s cutting-edge technology from the nation’s leading GPS system and the LoJack brand name you trust.

What is Kahu?

Kahu is the leading app that connects you to your vehicle and protects it from theft. Kahu was included as an add-on in one of your recent car purchases. As of June 2021, Kahu will be known as LoJack.

When does my subscription end?

To view the start and end dates of your current Kahu subscription, open the Kahu app and go to Account > Subscription Management.

What if the app says my subscription has already ended?

Some Kahu/LoJack users have already expired, but have been enjoying limited-time extensions of Kahu/LoJack features for free. If your subscription is already past expired, you have 30 days to renew your subscription. Service will terminate after 30 days if not renewed.

What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?

If you don’t renew your subscription within 30 days of its expiration date, your Kahu/LoJack features will stop working. To avoid any disruption in service, we encourage you to renew your subscription as soon as possible.

I just renewed, but I’ve changed my mind. What do I do?

You have (5) business days from the date of your renewal purchase to request a cancellation and refund. After this period, renewals are considered to be final and non-refundable.
